It is difficult to describe how wonderful it is to live on the edge of the blossom trail in the spring. Everywhere you look, there are trees dressed in shades of pink (peaches and nectarines) or white (plums and almonds). The best way to enjoy the trail though is to walk through the orchards. The air is soft and gentle. Sounds are muted – just the drone of bees and your own footsteps. When a breeze blows through the trees, petals fall like snow.
The blossoms bloom from February through March.
Here’s a link to a good article about the blossom trail.

Gorgeous photo, Claire. Can you invite me for a drive or a walk along the trail? I’ve never done it.
